Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification City & Guilds 2392.

Training in Electrical are about to offer the City &
Guilds 2392 course for those electrical operatives who do not have the knowledge to get on to the
2395/2395. This course will start you off in the right direction. The course
will be aimed at those who are new to domestic installations or those who
haven’t done much inspection and testing since their core qualification e.g.
2330 or 2365 Level 3. Getting a wider range of people to work their way to
becoming approved electricians and successful domestic electricians.
This course will be coming to our centre very soon and will
be delivered by Mr A Parker, a lecturer known for his high success rate for
students on the notoriously tricky 2394/2395. He knows inspection and testing
like the back of his hand.
Who is it for?
The 2392 is a level 2 version of the 2394/2395.
The course is ideal for those in the domestic trade and
also those looking to start their Inspection and testing but have little
knowledge.
What do I gain?
The
qualification gives you access to more senior roles in the industry such as a
supervisor, approved electrician letting you advance in job roles etc.
The
knowledge you will gain will be on single phase inspection and testing of
circuits.
What’s next?
After completion, you can then move on to the 2394/2395 or
EAL’s Inspection and Testing, this will allow you to get an approved
electrician’s card.

Assessments will take place throughout the week and they
include 4 practical assessments, and one online closed book assessment.
